• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yup

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How are items shipped?

  I ship using USPS First-Class and First-Class International.
  I may add express services in the future but this will keep things simple.

• Are you planning on adding more items?

  Yes! I'd like to add prints and buttons in the near future, and whatever other custom products I come across.

• Where are your charms printed?

  I use Zap Creatives to print my charms.

• I didn't receive a tracking number! Where is it?

  To keep shipping costs affordable, all domestic orders are shipped via first-class, which does not provide tracking. International orders should include a tracking number.

• My tracking number is not working. Why?

  Storenvy generates numbers for all orders automatically even if they are non functional. I do my best to clear them out manually but occasionally miss one or two! Apologies for any confusion. If yours is an international order and tracking is non functional please contact me.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
